Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Assistant to join our Housing Management and Support Service. As a Housing Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Housing Management team, assisting with a wide range of tasks related to tenancy management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Housing Management team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with tenancy management tasks, such as processing applications, maintaining records, and communicating with tenants.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve service delivery goals and objectives.
- Use Microsoft Office and equivalent software to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of providing a customer-facing, front-line service in a busy environment.
- A team player attitude and a friendly, positive approach.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office and equivalent software.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently under pressure.
