Role Overview

As a key member of Capgemini's Business Service Group, you will guide our clients through extensive SAP S/4HANA transformations, leveraging process excellence, business adoption, automation, and cutting-edge technology solutions. You will have the chance to influence the future of business operations and take charge of refining and orchestrating transformation projects centered on process excellence. We are looking for motivated individuals who can cultivate close, trusting relationships essential for delivering the seamless transitions that our clients expect from Capgemini. Therefore, you will need to demonstrate the ability to:

  • Transform client relationships to foster successful sales focused on the S/4HANA transformation journey.
  • Build a robust pipeline for S/4HANA transformation by collaborating across various practices within Business Services (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) and other service lines such as SAP and Data & Analytics.
  • Proactively shape deals and craft narratives for transformation opportunities, coordinating with business unit leaders and other service line leaders.
  • Focus on business outcomes, value-driven journey maps, and strategies for S/4HANA transformation.
  • Present confidently and fluently to client management teams, boards, and large audiences.
  • Lead the development and expansion of products and services, effectively communicating and marketing them.
  • Drive process improvements through technology-related tools within your area of expertise.
  • Strategically align people and resources to adapt to changing market demands, acting as a change enabler.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to build the organization in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities

As a recognized thought leader in digital transformation, you will shape the vision and strategy for the S/4HANA business portfolio within Business Services. You will create a business platform to generate volume and value while developing high-level business relationships and impactful projects. Additionally, you will lead a talented team responsible for identifying, qualifying, shaping, and selling transformation deals.
Our clients—some of the world's leading companies—operate extensive business service operations across various locations and technologies. Your role will be to assist them in their digital transformation journey across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and more. We want you to inspire and motivate our clients and team members, and you will also be expected to:

  • Leverage your extensive process and domain knowledge to lead the development and expansion of products and services, effectively communicating and marketing them.
  • Deliver a compelling vision and value proposition to senior-level clients (current and prospective) and influence key stakeholders to achieve significant impact and results.
  • Identify business transformation opportunities at the management level and drive proposals to secure these opportunities.
  • Drive and identify opportunities for developing team offerings, new tools, perspectives, and methodologies.
  • Lead the development of new tools, points of view, and methodologies both individually and through networks (e.g., centers of excellence).
  • Possess a deep understanding of Transformation and Innovation Office (TIO) concepts and project/change management methodologies, enabling you to steer profound change and disrupt existing frameworks.
  • Drive the design and development of a global process model for S/4HANA within the expert community.
  • Successfully facilitate board-level workshops involving multiple organizations.
  • Drive personal and team scalability internally and externally, demonstrating experience in delivering sales exceeding 50M.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Business Operations.
  • Experience with Digital Transformation programs (both selling and executing).
  • Deep domain knowledge of S/4HANA processes (Finance is essential; Supply Chain is beneficial).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
