Job Description

As a Human Resources Advisor with Travelport, you will play a vital role in cultivating a positive work environment by providing consultation and guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of People matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees on diverse and complex employee-related matters, including performance management, hybrid-work issues, sickness-related absences, requests for accommodations, employee relations issues, corrective action, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, workplace investigations of misconduct, policy violations, grievances, and ingress/egress across the employee life cycle.
  • Lead and shape HR process efficiencies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, prioritizing compliance, and effectively collaborating with stakeholders and/or COE's.
  • Provide day-to-day support in HR general questions through the People Services team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to People Services to ensure employee data is accurate by following appropriate processes for changing or updating employee and payroll-related data requirements.
