Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
