  • Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timelines and schedules.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives to discuss maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site surveys and produce detailed reports, including Works Requests, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments for planned works.
  • Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Undertake various building and installation works as required, utilizing expertise in carpentry and other relevant skills.
  • Complete reactive, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) jobs, and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Undertake minor projects and works, applying problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in fabric and carpentry is highly valued, with a City & Guilds or NVQ Equivalent in carpentry being a significant advantage.
  • A current UKL driver's license is preferred, enabling the ability to travel to various sites and locations.

  • Fabric Maintenance experience: 2 years (preferred)
  • Facilities Management experience: 2 years (preferred)
