  • Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timelines and schedules.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives to discuss maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site surveys and produce detailed reports, including Works Requests, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments, for planned maintenance and repair works.
  • Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Undertake other building and installation works as required, utilizing skills and expertise to deliver results.
  • Complete reactive, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) jobs, and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Undertake minor projects and works, applying problem-solving skills and creativity to overcome challenges.
  • Previous experience in fabric and carpentry maintenance is highly desirable.
  • A City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in carpentry is a significant advantage.
  • A current UKL driver's license is a requirement for this role.

Requirements:

  • Fabric Maintenance experience: 2 years (preferably).
  • Facilities Management experience: 2 years (preferably).
