Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and execute preventative maintenance strategies for machinery and equipment, while managing and negotiating service agreements.
  • Quickly identify and resolve emergency breakdowns to reduce production interruptions.
  • Propose potential modifications to production lines to improve overall efficiency and output.
  • Oversee service and maintenance contracts, aiding in the rollout of essential training programs.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and relevant certifications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a comparable position within the manufacturing sector.
  • Understanding of Lean methodologies, particularly autonomous maintenance and SMED.
  • Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with procurement processes and supplier relations.
  • Dedication to fostering a safe work environment.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Certification in Engineering Maintenance or a similar field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with preventative maintenance initiatives.
