About the Role

Ambition is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing marketing strategies that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Implementation: Lead the adoption and implementation of a new workflow tool to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our design team to align project objectives and creative direction, ensuring a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
  • Strategic Communication: Develop and adapt communication strategies to ensure clarity and impact across all channels, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Brand Cohesion: Oversee the development of merchandise and branded materials, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Project Management: Lead the establishment and oversight of timelines and processes, driving efficient project execution and delivery.
  • Business Development Excellence: Deliver exceptional business development services, including the production of sales support materials, CRM management, and assistance with awards submissions.
  • Process Improvement: Review and implement processes that enhance operational speed, quality, and consistency, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
