Ambition Europe Limited is a highly regarded global law firm seeking a Marketing Manager to join their operations team on a 12-month basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team, promoting a positive work-life balance and a hybrid working setup.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 juniors, coordinating between global offices, and identifying areas for training and development. You will report to the Senior BDM Manager and work in a coaching role, mentoring junior team members and collaborating with the design team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentoring and Coaching: Offer guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and advance in their roles.
  • Communication Strategies: Oversee communication efforts and lead the implementation of necessary adjustments.
  • Project Management: Establish and manage timelines and processes for efficient project execution.
  • Business Development: Produce sales support and pitch documents, support initiatives, events, and hospitality, manage CRM, and assist with awards and directory submissions.
  • Process Improvement: Review, design, and implement processes to enhance speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Measure and report on ROI to optimize budget and resources for greater market share.
