Job Overview

Ambition is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Implementation: Develop and implement a new workflow tool to streamline business development processes.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our design team to align project objectives and creative direction, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
  • Strategic Communication: Manage and adapt communication strategies to ensure clarity and impact across all channels, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Brand Cohesion: Oversee the development of merchandise and branded materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Project Management: Lead the establishment and oversight of timelines and processes, driving efficient project execution and delivery.
  • Business Development Excellence: Deliver exceptional business development services, including the production of sales support materials, CRM management, and assistance with awards submissions.
  • Process Improvement: Review and implement processes that enhance operational speed, quality, and consistency, driving business growth and development.
