Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Director to join our team at 3D Personnel. As a Contract Director, you will be responsible for managing the financial and commercial aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Monitoring: Monitor and control the financial aspects of contracts to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Commercial Planning: Plan and manage commercial activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Procurement: Oversee the procurement of materials and services to ensure best value and prevent delays.
  • Site Team Management: Ensure site teams comply with company commercial policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Produce and analyze progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts to ensure commercial delivery of projects.
  • Risk Management: Implement and review risk management processes to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in contract management, commercial management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong financial and commercial management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, business administration, or a related field.
