Social Media Marketing Specialist

The role is hybrid, offering an excellent bonus and perks. The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy across all social channels. You will be responsible for growing reach and engagement by creating unique educational and entertaining content. You will also monitor performance and manage community interactions. You must have an excellent understanding of social media marketing and an in-depth knowledge of algorithms. You will ideally have experience working with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, and LinkedIn.
Understanding and working within brand guidelines is essential, as is ensuring our messaging is aligned and bespoke to each channel.
We are looking for a proactive individual to own our social media presence, with the opportunity to grow the role alongside your success.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in social media marketing. You will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and a sociable and outgoing personality. You will be able to work in a busy environment, liaising across teams and working within a supportive and progressive team. You will have the ability to bring forth a range of ideas, progressive and thought-provoking content, and initiatives. Campaign and delivery experience is fundamental to this role. You will also have the ability to work with autonomy and drive the social media strategy.
