Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
The Social Media Video Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging
- Create unique, educational, and entertaining content that resonates with the target audience
- Monitor performance and manage community interactions across all social channels
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and a sociable, outgoing personality
- Able to work in a busy environment, liaising across teams and working within a supportive and progressive team
- Proven track record of creating engaging content and driving social media growth
- Ability to work with autonomy and drive the social media strategy
