They are currently in search of a proficient Private Client Administrative Assistant to enhance their team.This Private Client division provides counsel to both domestic and international private clients, including multi-generational families, affluent individuals, entrepreneurs, and business professionals.
They offer a comprehensive suite of services encompassing wills, inheritance, powers of attorney, trusts, probate, estate planning, and taxation.
The Role As a Private Client Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the firm's accomplished solicitors and ensuring outstanding service delivery to their clientele.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing legal documentation (utilizing audio dictation) with exceptional precision.Document Management:
Composing, reviewing, and managing correspondence including Wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts, and various legal documents.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive salary package of up to £28,000 (with regular evaluations).
