The Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include receiving and prioritizing work orders, scheduling work diaries for trades employees, and liaising with residents to ensure their scheduled repair and maintenance works are completed on time.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process work orders, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance works
  • Schedule work diaries for trades employees, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Liaise with residents to confirm appointment details and provide updates on work progress
  • Collaborate with trade staff and other repairs staff to ensure all appointment targets are met
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

What We Look For

  • Proven experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, trade staff, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple work orders, and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, with experience of scheduling software an advantage
