Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/Psychological Therapist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychological Therapist to join our Urgent and Inpatient Care Psychology Team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to patients in our Acute Adult Inpatient Wards.

As a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychological Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, formulation, and intervention services to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality psychological services to patients in our Acute Adult Inpatient Wards
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, formulation, and intervention services to patients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement psychological interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Provide supervision and training to junior staff members
- Contribute to the development of our team's policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Qualified Clinical or Counselling Psychologist (or equivalent) and eligible for Chartered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist Status in the British Psychological Society
- Registered with the Health Professions Council
- Experience of working in Adult Mental Health services and work with people with severe and complex mental health difficulties
- Experience of teaching, training, and/or supervision
- Experience of working in Community and In-patient settings for adults with complex mental health needs
