Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Learning Disabilities setting within the last 3 years

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
