Clinical Nurse Specialist

Are you an experienced senior Learning Disability Nurse looking to advance your career in a dynamic organisation that fosters growth and development? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Wellesley Hospital in Wellington, working 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday). As a seasoned Nurse from the NHS or private sector, you will have a background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. In this role, you will take the lead on quality, service user safety, and pre-admission assessments, working closely with case managers and care coordinators. You will also design and deliver supervision and training to junior members of the nursing team and students.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement care plans that promote the well-being and independence of service users
Requirements:
- Relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills
