Consultant Gastroenterologist with Expertise in Clinical Nutrition

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic clinical nutrition service as a Consultant Gastroenterologist with a focus on clinical nutrition. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing inpatient and outpatient support to patients with a range of clinical nutrition problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care through the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of illness.
- Participate in service development and business planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and manage junior medical staff, including the observance of local employment and human resource policies and procedures.
- Contribute to teaching, examination, and accreditation duties, as well as participating in medical audit and clinical governance processes.
- Participate in research and development activities, including the development of new treatments and therapies.
- Take part in multidisciplinary case conferences and contribute to the development of care plans for patients.
