Consultant Gastroenterologist with Expertise in Clinical Nutrition

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Consultant Gastroenterologist with a special interest in Clinical Nutrition. You will be working across all three sites within the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, including community sites, and will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including those requiring nutritional support.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines for the management of gastrointestinal disorders, including those related to nutrition.
- Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Supervise and train junior medical staff, including medical students and junior doctors.
- Participate in research and audit activities to improve patient care and outcomes.
