About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa.

As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for supervising a team and working closely with the Head Housekeeper to ensure that all hotel rooms, bedrooms, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular checks and turn around bedrooms to ensure that they are ready for the next guest arrival.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the hotel.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department.
  • Supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
