The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Warrington Fir Grove Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest areas, including guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards. You will be responsible for servicing hotel bedrooms and public areas to company standards and within allocated time frames.

You will also be responsible for returning all equipment to their allotted storerooms at the end of each working day and keeping the storerooms and working areas clean and tidy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role and understanding of the importance of attention to detail in housekeeping
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and taking pride in delivering clean and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a team player
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical fitness and ability to carry out the physical demands of the job
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with other departments
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
