About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure all hotel rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular checks and turn around bedrooms to ensure high standards are met.
  • Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to implement and maintain our housekeeping standards and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
