Teaching Personnel is pleased to present a remarkable opportunity for an Alternative Education Instructor to join a vibrant secondary educational institution. We are seeking innovative and engaging educators who are dedicated to fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity, and inspiring students to explore beyond conventional educational frameworks.

This institution supports approximately 35 students aged 11-16 years, providing a nurturing and supportive atmosphere tailored for those who are preparing to transition back into mainstream education.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Teachers – must possess or be willing to pursue QTS/QTLS.
  • Tutors – should hold a degree or equivalent and be open to obtaining a teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing student performance, managing behavioral challenges, and delivering exceptional pastoral care.
  • Enthusiastic about alternative educational practices.
  • Committed to the holistic development of students.
  • Prepared to introduce innovative ideas and creativity both in and out of the classroom.
  • Passionate about positively influencing students' lives.
