About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Specialist to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including cough assist via tracheostomy, ventilation via tracheostomy, and resus deep suctioning.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as peg feeding, nebulisation, and oxygen therapy.
  • Administer medication as required and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Experience in caring for individuals with complex needs, including tracheostomy care and ventilation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
