We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Employment Coach to join our team at Seetec Group Ltd. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their employment objectives.
- Conduct job-search activities, identifying potential barriers to employment and developing strategies to overcome them.
- Ensure that all necessary employability tools, such as cover letters and CVs, are in place to support participants in their job search.
- A good working knowledge of the local labour market and the ability to provide guidance on job search strategies.
- Basic knowledge of self-employment and the ability to provide support to participants who are considering self-employment.
- Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
- Knowledge of the employability industry and the ability to provide guidance on career development.
- Full driving licence.
- A competitive salary range of £26,500 - £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience).
- A range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, 2 Volunteer Days, pension scheme, and access to a healthcare cash plan.
