About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients within the offender healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding care to patients, listening and acting on feedback to ensure personalized and informed care.
  • Deliver non-judgmental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
  • Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, following our policies and procedures.
  • Forge strong working relationships with the healthcare team and the wider Health in Justice Service.
  • Promote best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of reflection and shared learning.
  • Share knowledge, skills, and expertise to ensure safe care, supporting colleagues to do a great job.
Requirements
  • HCPC registered with post-registration experience.
  • Experience assessing and treating a range of conditions, including diabetic patients, wound management, MSK pathologies, and nail surgery.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
