We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at Mears. This exciting position plays a crucial role in supporting Asylum seekers throughout their right to work Asylum application process with the Home Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate bed spaces to service users efficiently to minimize loss of income.
  • Relocate service users to alternative properties or find new properties for new service users.
  • Process service user notifications accurately and efficiently to match them with available bed spaces.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams and the transport team throughout the service user process.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment.
  • Medium-level Excel knowledge and understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, and reliable.
