About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our community pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and services to our customers and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services and initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and regulations.
