We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist or pharmacist manager to join our team at Lincolnshire Co-op. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacy professionals, providing expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, and contributing to the development of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, including medication management and health promotion
  • Contribute to the development of our pharmacy services, including the implementation of new initiatives and programs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and pharmacy inventory

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm) and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
