Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Lincolnshire Co-op. As a key figure in our community, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with patients, members, and local healthcare professionals to provide expert clinical advice and support.
- Lead and develop a high-performing pharmacy team to deliver a range of enhanced services, including prescriptions, flu vaccines, and podiatry.
- Ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medications, and provide patients with clear guidance on routes of administration and dosages.
- Assist with branch management, maintaining records, tracking inventory, and controlling stock levels to maintain compliance.
- Maintain close working relationships with doctors' surgeries to ensure seamless prescription and medication management.
We are looking for a professional and driven pharmacist with a genuine passion for healthcare and a desire to develop their skills and career. You will need to have:
- A master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Confidence in providing expert health advice and delivering a range of advanced and enhanced services.
- A professional and approachable manner to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver face-to-face interactions to a high standard.
- Enthusiasm and drive to champion your own learning and development, and grow a continuous learning culture within your team.
- Experience of leading and developing a team, with a drive to ensure your pharmacy meets its targets.
