We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Security Officer to join our team at Staffline. As a Fire Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, while also providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular fire checks and security patrols to ensure the premises are safe and secure.
- Operate highly specialized equipment, including testing and maintenance, and respond to emergency situations.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including weekly and monthly reports, in line with Ford Fire Bulletin 27 requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the premises.
- Hold a valid SIA license and have previous experience working in a similar role.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
- Have good IT skills and be able to use a range of software systems.
- Be able to work a varied shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Hold a full manual UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.65.
- A 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
