- Assist and support the projects team in all aspects of project administration.
- Take minutes for project meetings and workshops.
- Typing or drafting all correspondence, reports, etc.
- Administer project online document control sites, including uploading, downloading, recording, distributing, printing, and organising information as required.
- Printing, binding, or copying project documentation as required.
- General administration support for the project manager and team, including updating drawing registers.
- Maintain the Quality Management Systems.
- Well organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional and cooperative attitude, delivery, and telephone manner.
- Ability to remain calm and helpful, giving support across all project teams.
- Excellent grasp of written English with the ability to check grammar and spelling.
- Ability to participate and become an active member of the project team.
