This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an Entry-Level Foreign Exchange Sales role. The position entails daily responsibilities associated with FX sales, developing customized solutions for clients' global trading requirements, and delivering exceptional pricing and service.

About Spectrum FX

Spectrum FX is on the lookout for motivated individuals to become part of a rapidly expanding FX firm as a Business Development Executive. A background in FX sales is not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided by seasoned professionals.

There are significant growth opportunities within the organization, including advancement to the role of Corporate Account Executive. If you possess ambition, drive, and a desire for a fulfilling career in financial markets, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Located in a prime area, standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, although Business Development Executives are expected to fulfill the hours necessary to meet the company's performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct professional outbound calls to key decision-makers and stakeholders

· Identify new business opportunities within the UK and European FX markets

· Engage in cold calling as a fundamental aspect of your role

· Develop a well-researched database of potential clients for the business

· Collaborate with the Dealing Desk and other essential business units

· Meet established KPIs and sales targets

· Stay informed about developments in financial markets

· Gain expertise in risk management solutions

· Build relationships with key decision-makers, including Financial Directors and Managing Directors across various sectors

· Identify substantial business opportunities

· Exhibit strong commercial awareness of the FX markets

· Demonstrate self-motivation to enhance your skills for future roles

· Recognize profit opportunities with both new and existing clients

Qualifications for Business Development Executives:

· Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills

· Ability to influence and persuade

· Knowledge of products and services

The bonus structure is uncapped, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your efforts.
