Nursing Home Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Nursing Home Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and engaging your team to deliver outstanding quality of care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full.

About the Role:

As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be accountable for the CQC, audits, commercial and financial performance of the home, including occupancy levels and operating profit while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care, and for ensuring that the home is run in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
