An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our exceptional care home in Camden, London. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Service Manager to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users. To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Your key responsibilities will include leading the nursing teams to provide person-centred care and support, promoting dignity, privacy, safety, and independence for everyone living and working in the Service. You will also be responsible for managing the effective use of resources, including those which impact on the financial performance of the Service, and maintaining high levels of occupancy. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth and effective running of the transitional unit within the home and liaise with external health professionals. As a Deputy Manager, you will have full accountability for Infection Control implementation and audit throughout the service. Previous experience as a DM, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting is essential. You will also require good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work. The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £52,546. This permanent full-time role offers 37.5 hours a week working Day Shifts only, along with a range of benefits including our Service Incentive Scheme Bonus, Refer a Friend bonus scheme, paid annual leave, free uniform, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the nursing teams to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
  • Manage the effective use of resources and maintain high levels of occupancy
  • Ensure the smooth and effective running of the transitional unit within the home
  • Implement and audit Infection Control throughout the service
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to deliver high-quality care and support
Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Previous experience as a DM, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting
  • Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work
