Deputy Nurse Home Manager Job Opportunity

An exciting role has arisen for a dedicated Nurse Deputy Home Manager to join our exceptional care home in the Camden, London area. As a key member of our team, you will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, delivering high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff to deliver exceptional care within a safe working environment.
  • Lead the nursing teams to provide person-centred care and support, promoting dignity, privacy, safety, independence, and equality & diversity.
  • Support the Service Manager in managing resources, including those impacting financial performance, and maintaining high occupancy levels.
  • Comply with regulatory and legislative requirements at all times.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the transitional unit and liaise with external health professionals.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision within the Service.
  • Have full accountability for Infection Control implementation and audit throughout the service.
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Previous experience as a DM, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting.
  • Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work.
