Job Summary
We are seeking a talented National Account Manager to join our Out of Home/Foodservice team. As a National Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts across Out of Home, Foodservice, End Users, and Wholesale. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, account management, and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national foodservice accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategize on expanding market share.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align strategies and support customer needs.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favorable terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in national account management within OOH and Foodservice.
- A good understanding of the Wholesale route to market and working with end users.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to travel as needed.
