Retail Sales Associate - WHSmith
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 6 hours on weekends
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while working independently or collaboratively within a team to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aim for both our customers and our team members to feel a sense of pride in their experiences with us.
This position is designated for weekend shifts, requiring availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays, with potential additional hours during the week outside of school or college schedules. Extra shifts may also be available during peak trading periods such as Christmas, Half Terms, and Easter.
Your role will encompass various areas of the store, and for those interested in toys and sales, we feature an exciting ToysRus section where you will engage in demonstrations and sales activities throughout the weekend. Additionally, our Brand Ambassador 'Geoffrey' will make regular appearances, and you will be involved in assisting with these events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.
- Conducting stock replenishment and maintaining a tidy, inviting shopping environment.
- Ensuring high standards of display and visual merchandising to facilitate customer navigation.
- Collaborating with team members and offering support to colleagues.
