Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our top clients, understanding their capacity and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to communicate with the wider customer base and cultivate relationships with Distributors, Resellers, and OEMs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to secure opportunities arising from new product introductions and innovations.
  • Achieve a sales target of £1.8M.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of commercial success within sales and business development, ideally from a technical environment with an industrial component.
  • Experience and knowledge of market sectors such as Industrial Distributors, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Agriculture, Telematics, Automation, or MHE.
  • The ability to demonstrate how you have developed and grown existing clients, both national businesses and smaller independents.
  • Achieved £1M+ targets.
