Salary: £28,000- £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm

Hybrid Work Arrangement: 2 days at home/ 3 days in office after passing probation

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the payroll and calculating deductions for a portfolio of clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a hybrid role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly payroll for 100+ clients
  • Liaising with HMRC
  • Managing PAYE/ National Insurance/ Construction Industry Scheme, NEST pensions, Bonuses
  • Communicating with clients and managing their expectations

Requirements:

  • Experience overseeing entire payroll function
  • Accountancy Practise experience essential
  • Immediate availability preferable
  • Excellent IT skills
