AML Compliance Manager

Career Legal is seeking an experienced AML Compliance Manager to join their team in London. As a key member of the Risk and Compliance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of CDD and AML duties, including supervising the AML/Risk & Compliance team, delivering regular training, and providing advice to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing an AML/Risk & Compliance team at an international law firm, a degree education, and detailed knowledge of SRA and AML/CTF requirements. A recognized AML/Compliance qualification is also desirable. If you have a strong background in AML and compliance, and are looking for a new managerial opportunity, we encourage you to apply. The role will involve chairing AML working groups, preparing and reporting on AML developments, and working closely with the MLCO, MLRO, and AML Deputy Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day CDD and AML duties, as well as supervising the AML/Risk & Compliance team. The role requires a high level of expertise in AML and compliance, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
