Role Overview:

In this role, you will be tasked with sourcing both ad hoc stock and non-stock items as needed from both new and established suppliers, adhering to predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal protocols.



Primary Responsibilities:
  • Procure ad hoc stock and non-stock items as requested by clients, in accordance with established SLAs and internal procedures.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate goods and recommend alternative products when necessary to facilitate cost savings.
  • Engage directly with the Procurement department.
  • Address any invoice-related inquiries from customers.
  • Support the timely processing of outstanding purchase orders as needed.
  • Communicate with customers regarding direct orders to confirm delivery schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers at all levels.
