About the Role

Southdown Careers is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Housing and Asset Management portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects, from acquisitions and developments to decarbonization initiatives and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage acquisitions and developments, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee improvements in systems, building safety, and compliance, ensuring our housing services meet the highest standards.
  • Track project risks and issues, identifying and resolving or escalating as necessary.
  • Coordinate project team members' activities efficiently, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including our Director of Housing and Business Services.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience, with a focus on development and property acquisitions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and track project resource needs, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Experience working in the social housing sector or a related field.
