About the Role

Southdown, a leading provider of care, support, and supported housing across Sussex, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of activities and drive operational excellence in its housing services.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Housing & Assets and be responsible for managing a range of projects to increase the supply of housing and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects to deliver strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
  • Develop and implement effective project management methodologies
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a housing or asset management context
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
