As a Store Operations Supervisor, your role is pivotal in the effective management and success of your retail outlet.
You will set the standard, inspiring and guiding a diverse team to achieve key objectives that drive the performance of your store.

Salary:
£28,000
With your Talent, Passion, and Spark, you will:
Have a zeal for sales and customer engagement; leading by example, delivering exceptional service to all customers, and mentoring your team to do the same.
Be accountable for meeting the store's daily, weekly, and annual goals, ensuring your team understands their responsibilities for each shift.
Analyze store performance and implement action plans, addressing any challenges that arise.
Utilizing your key holders, ensure the store opens and closes at designated times, adhering to all security protocols.
Prepare and manage store schedules.
Oversee stock management, implementing strategies to minimize inventory loss.
Be committed to coaching and developing staff; setting them up for success through regular one-on-ones, performance monitoring, and recognizing achievements.
Seek out talent, passion, and spark when hiring for your store, understanding that a strong team is essential for success.

Possess management skills from prior experience as an assistant/store manager in a fast-paced setting.

Have expertise in understanding KPIs; sales, service, profit & loss.
