We are looking for a committed Home Manager to lead the daily functions and care operations at our residential facility. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in managing a Residential Children's Home, demonstrating effective leadership and staff supervision skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute personalized care strategies for the children under our supervision
- Oversee and mentor staff to guarantee the highest standards of care
- Administer the daily operations of the home, including staff scheduling and activity coordination
- Assess the well-being of children and young individuals, addressing any medical or emotional requirements swiftly
- Ensure a secure and nurturing environment for all residents
- Manage administrative responsibilities such as financial oversight and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial capacity within residential care, nursing facilities, or related environments
