Land Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Land Buyer to join our regional land team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for researching towns and identifying suitable land opportunities from various sources. You will work closely with our Land Buyers and Manager to visit target towns, meeting with Landowners and Agents to explore the viability of sites. Your tasks will also include assisting with site appraisals and valuations.
As an Assistant Land Buyer, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the full process of land acquisition, from initial research to contract exchange and legal completion. You will also have the chance to monitor your sites through design, planning, commercial, and construction phases.
About YouWe are looking for a self-motivated, engaging, and confident professional with a strong ability to build relationships. Property or estate agency sales experience is an advantage, but not essential. We are interested in your tenacity, resilience, and ability to communicate effectively. You will require a full UK driving license due to the travel involved in this role.
