About the Role


As a Regional Land Acquisition Professional with Churchill Living Ltd, you will play a key role in identifying and securing land opportunities across the country. This is an exciting time for our Colleagues as we expand our Land teams to support our growth strategy.


You will be responsible for researching towns, identifying suitable land opportunities, and exploring the viability of sites with Landowners and Agents. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and ability to build relationships will be essential in achieving your goals.


About You


We are looking for a self-motivated, engaging, and confident professional who is looking to transfer their experience into the world of land buying. While property or estate agency sales experience is advantageous, it is not essential. We are more interested in your tenacity, resilience, and ability to build relationships.


The successful Regional Land Acquisition Professional will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be engaging, personable, and comfortable meeting new people. Due to the travel involved, you will require a full UK driving license.
