Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and acknowledge introductions
  • Manage diaries and coordinate tasks
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Arrange events and meetings
  • Produce marketing materials and information packs
  • Conduct research on target areas
  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Manage internal files and records
  • Attend and take action points from land meetings
  • Prepare presentations and reports
